Public Housing

Public Housing is a program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Its purpose is to provide safe, clean and affordable housing to low to moderate income families and individuals. The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) owns and manages all rental units offered under this program, which are located in communities throughout Frederick County.
