Waiting List
The Public Housing Waiting List is now OPEN.
All applications for Public Housing will be taken in person at the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick office, 209 Madison Street Frederick, Maryland, on TUESDAYS ONLY from 9:00 AM to 2:25 PM effective August 7, 2012.
Appointments may be arranged to accommodate special circumstances of an applicant.
Note: Must bring your date of birth, social security numbers for everyone in your household, names of past landlords, addresses and their contact information for the last five (5) years to fill out a Public Housing application.
Everyone who applies for Public Housing must apply when the waiting list is open and the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) is accepting applications. The HACF must give public notice of when the waiting list is open and where applications are being accepted. The HACF advertises when the waiting list is open in the local newspaper, radio and on this Web site.
