Modernization Department
The Modernization Department of the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) is always looking for companies to submit bids for improvement to existing neighborhoods and potential future developments. The work will include construction, renovations, repairs, or improvement other than ordinary maintenance, executed at the cost of the HACF, or which is by law a lien or charge upon HACF property.
