Apartment/Rental Properties

The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) currently manages 357 public housing rentals at six (6) different locations. The apartments range in size from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom town homes that are designed to meet the needs of individuals and families.
Included are 123 public housing units for senior citizens (62 and older) and near elderly-disabled persons. The HACF's goal is to provide drug-free, safe and clean housing alternatives for low to moderate-income families, senior citizens and qualifying persons with disabilities.
